i’m a huge fan of leaving because until you leave certain places, certain people… you don’t really get your real value reflected back towards you.. all you get is that see-finish you've sent back over a period of time... because it’s all people and places have ever known of you. they can’t even help it… the see finish, familiarity has sunken deep.

most times when the people you've known for long see you, they're not seeing the you who's learned, grown, made mistakes, bagged many W's they're just seeing the you they met many years ago, you could be functioning at a 100% capacity now but all they'd see is that 20% struggling you they met.

that’s why you must leave. meet new people, let who you actually are get bounced back off you through their eyes, they’re seeing you for the first time and only them can tell you who you actually are. so leave
